Professional Services is where the journey with NuxFamily starts. We assess what you run today, design the target platform, build it in a Nigerian data centre and migrate your workloads by waves. The work is scoped against the CBN deadline, but designed for the decade that follows it.
Our engineers have spent over two decades building private clouds for European banks and insurers, including Santander, ING, Bankinter, Mapfre and Inditex. That experience shows up as fewer surprises: known limits of each technology, tested migration methods and documentation written for auditors.
We do not hand a design to a third party to build, or a build to a third party to run. The team that assesses your estate is the team that migrates it and the team that answers the phone afterwards.

Assessment and data mapping
Discovery of workloads, data flows and hyperscaler dependencies. Classification of payment and personal data, regulatory exposure per system and a cost of ownership model for the target platform. Output: a scoped design and wave plan.
Architecture and design
Target architecture from hypervisor to data catalogue. Hypervisor selection, Kubernetes topology, storage, network, DR design and capacity plan for the first waves. Every decision recorded with its rationale.
Implementation
Build of the full stack as code: virtualisation, Kubernetes, PaaS, databases, streaming, analytics, search, governance and AI. Reproducible in a second site and handed over with runbooks.
Migration
Wave-based migration from public cloud or legacy infrastructure with coexistence, rehearsed rollback and residency evidence per system. Payment services keep running throughout.
Integration
Connecting the platform to what you already have: identity, core banking, payment switch, monitoring, ticketing and CI/CD. GitOps pipelines so application teams deploy the way they did before.
Health checks
Structured review of an existing platform: configuration, security posture, capacity, backup and DR readiness, version currency. A prioritised findings report with fixes, not a sales document.
Performance optimisation
Tuning of databases, Kubernetes, storage and streaming under real load. Benchmarks before and after, and changes documented so your team can keep them.

With a Discovery Session and an assessment. The assessment is time-boxed, produces a written design and wave plan, and can be contracted on its own.
Yes. We regularly deliver alongside a client's incumbent partners and any Nigerian data centre operator. Responsibilities are written down at the start so nothing falls between two contracts.
The wave plan is built around the deadline. Early waves start weeks after the landing zone is ready. What can be completed by 1 January 2027 depends on the size and coupling of your estate, and the assessment tells you that honestly.
You do. Infrastructure code, runbooks and documentation are delivered into your repositories. The stack is mostly open source, so there is no platform licence tying you to us.
The same team moves into Operate: official support, managed services if you want them, and training so your engineers take over. Staying with you after go-live is the point of the model.
No. We provide the technical architecture, controls and evidence that compliance teams need. Interpretation of the CBN directive and the NDPA is for your legal and compliance functions.
